please provide a courier# for shipping. We will send your first
catalog FREE. Additional catalogs are no charge, if you have

2. How do I order a Sample or place an Order?
Answer:
- SNS Promotional Sales pricing for Sample &
Orders are coded on
an (A) and are based on blank goods.
- All Orders require a Physical Purchase Order. No Verbal Order Accepted.
- Samples and Orders are either
PREPAID with an major credit card or are NET 30. A NET 30 account can be established with approved credit.

3. How do you customize your products?
Answer:
- Canvas Products - Our line of Canvas Bags
(Catalogs Page 3 to 46) embroider very well. Placement of logo is
different for each style of bag and will be determined after
consultation with embroiderer.
- Sarongs and Swim Wraps (Prefix - PR) -
Sarongs are best screen printed and location is at your discretion.
- Straw Products (Prefix - CE) - Our line of
Straw Bags (Catalogs Page 51 to 88) are not designed for embroidery. We
suggest custom wood hang tags. Call for quote. Placement of logo is
different for each style of bag and will be determined after
consultation.

4. What do I need to provide, to get a quote on a
customized order?
Answer:
- We will need quantity of products you will need.
- Number of Colors for logo & Approx. placement &
logo size.
- Digitized logo - Electronic Art work and specifications must be
submitted to receive a quote for embroidery or screen printing. We accept Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and
PDF's file formats. We recommend vector files. Files can be sent via email, CD, or FTP (Call for
ftp instructions).

5. What is a 6 Color Assorted Prepack (PP) and can I
order one color?
Answer:
- You can specify a specific color from a Prepack
for a sample. However,
6 Color Assorted Prepacks are SOLD ONLY as 6pcs
assorted colors. Unless placing a custom order. Please contact us for
custom order pricing.

6. Shipping and shipping estimates?
Answer:
- BLIND SHIPMENTS - Must be indicate on
PO.
- Shipments are UPS Ground unless indicated.
Alternative shipping method must be in writing or indicated on Purchase
Order.
- Most orders will ship same or next day, unless
inventory and warehouse volume conflicts.
- Shipping Estimate are approximate.
Shipping cost can not be determined until time of shipping.
- Rule of Thumb - you can approximate
shipping at 10% to15% of the cost of your order.
- All products are FOB, TX, and are subject to
change without notice.

7. Returns & Cancellations?
Answer:
- Damage/defect claims must be made 30 days of
receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without an authorization
number. SNS only accepts returns due to manufacturer defect, not
customer abuse.
- Credit will only be issued after receipt and
inspection of goods.
- Imprinted goods are not returnable. Returned
non-imprinted merchandise or blanks goods are subject to a 20%
restocking charge.
- All cancellations must be confirmed in writing
and are subject to all costs incurred.
